Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at jasonettatjandrea@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
